 <![CDATA[Just after 0900hrs, units were alerted to the 1200BLK of Palmer Road (Co. 21's First Due) for he report of an apartment fire, bringing T829 to the scene (second due special).  E821B and BC885 AOS to find a three-story garden-style apartment with fire showing from the top floor.  Because the original caller had advised she was still in her apartment when she called, a focused search and aggressive fire attack by the initial companies ensued.  Both primary and secondary searches by the special services came up negative, and the agressive attack by the first arriving engine companies held the fire to the third floor apartment.  <![CDATA[Just after 0300hrs, units were alerted to the the area of Silver Hill Road and Suitland Parkway (Co. 29's First Due)&nbsp;for the report of a traffic collision with a report of two overturned, bringing E829, A829, and M829 to the scene.&nbsp; After searching the area and finding nothing, units located the collision on Southbound Suitland Parkway at Meadowview Drive.&nbsp; Spanning almost a hundred feet, units found two vehicles (one overturned) with multiple patients.&nbsp; While RS827 attempted to extricate two on the overturned vehicle, bystanders swarmed the vehicle and crews attmepting to work, causing Command to request a Signal 13 to bring the masses under control.&nbsp; After the scene was under control, units asessed 10+ patients, transporting them to various hospitals.&nbsp; Good work by all crews operating in and around this scene....]]>
