At 2043 hrs engine 829, truck 829 and chief 829 were dispatched for smoke in the basement. The units arrived on the scene with light smoke showing coming from the house. The crew advanced a line to the front door and the officer found a fire in the basement, The crew took the line to the basement and put a knock on the fire. The truck crew took care of the utilities and windows in the basement. Command held it with company 29 units while we racked up.
